Building a relationship is central to our work, so it is important that you choose to work with someone you feel comfortable with. For this reason I would meet with you for an initial session giving you the chance to meet me and to see if you think what I have to offer is right for you. We may then make an agreement to work together for a length of time according to your needs. This agreement may be for a set number of sessions - perhaps six or twelve - or be left open. We undertake regular reviews of our work together to ensure you are getting what you need from our therapy sessions.
